By accessing the MAKTABZ Global website, joining the waitlist, or using its public inquiry features, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or submit information.
2. Product information and availability
This public website provides product information and contact options. Product availability, capabilities, pricing, and service scope are confirmed through a written proposal or agreement; website descriptions and regional builder totals are informational and do not create an order or guarantee availability.
3. Quotes and payment
The Build Your ORBIT tool prepares an email draft for a quote request; it does not submit the request until you send that email. This website does not provide checkout or confirm payment. Do not treat a browser message, quote estimate, or email draft as proof of payment or an accepted order.
4. Permitted use
You may use the website only for lawful, personal, educational, or legitimate business purposes. You must not interfere with the website, bypass security controls, submit false or unauthorised information, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected content, or misuse MAKTABZ systems.
