MAKTABZ Global is building an education technology platform for learners, teachers, parents, guardians, institutions, and other authorised users. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect personal information through our website, waitlist, communications, and future services.

Through the public website, we may collect your email address, consent status, preferred language or locale, referral source, browser and device information, and basic technical information required for security, rate limiting, fraud prevention, and service operation.

When the MAKTABZ platform launches, additional information may be collected according to your role and the services you use. Any material changes will be reflected in an updated Privacy Policy.

3. Public website forms and payments

Waitlist submissions are transmitted to the website service. Demo and bundle-quote forms prepare a message in your email application; the website does not transmit or store those form details. This public website does not accept payments, verify bank transfers, or collect bank account, card, or settlement details. It does not load an analytics tag only when analytics is enabled in the deployment and you have explicitly accepted it. You can change that choice through Analytics preferences.

4. How we use information

We use personal information to operate the waitlist, send requested communications, prevent misuse, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and respond to authorised requests.

5. Legal basis and consent

Where required by applicable law, we rely on your consent, performance of a contract, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests that do not override your rights. You may withdraw consent for optional communications at any time.

6. Email communications

If you join the waitlist, we may send confirmation, launch, product, and service-related messages. Marketing emails will provide a reasonable way to unsubscribe where required. Essential security or transactional messages may still be sent when necessary.

We may use trusted service providers for hosting, databases, security, email delivery, infrastructure, and optional analytics after consent when analytics is enabled. These providers may process information only for authorised purposes and subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell waitlist email addresses.
